A. Each lot of scales shall be inspected for conformance to the requirements herein. Sampling for inspection shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-105 using the plans specified below.
B. Visual and dimensional characteristics- Inspection Level S-2 with an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 4.0 percent defective. The sample unit shall be one scale.
4. Preparation for delivery.
Packaging, packing and marking shall be as specified in the contract or purchase order.
5. Regulatory Requirements
The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials to the maximum extent practicable in accordance with paragraph 23.403 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
6. Application for copies of technical documents referenced herein:
The issue date in effect on the date of invitation for bids or request for proposal shall apply.
