1. SCOPE:
This commercial item description covers requirements for three sizes of spring type binder clips.
2. Classification. Each Binder Clip shall be defined by size (See 7A).

1. Salient Characteristics.
The clips shall have two wire handles attached to the spring clip body. The handles shall be designed for opening and hanging the clip. The handles shall have the following capabilities: To be placed flat against the paper surface, and to be movable to an upright position and securely stowed. The handles shall not become detached during normal use.
