certificates of compliance are submitted, the Government reserves the right to
check the validity of such certification.
3. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: The contractor is encouraged to use
recovered materials in accordance with Public Law 94-580, as amended, to the
maximum extent practicable.
4. PACKAGING, PACKING AND MARKING: Packing, packing and marking shall be
as specified in the contract or purchase order.
