B. Physical characteristics.

1). The clips shall pass through the dispenser without jamming, falling out or failing to feed smoothly when tested as specified in paragraph (3.D.1) herein.

2). The clip shall hold the paper securely, without the paper slipping out from the clip when tested as specified in (3.D.2) herein.

c. Workmanship. The clips shall be clean, have smooth face and edges. The clips shall be free of any defects which may constitute a hazard to the end user, affect its function or impair its serviceability.
