C. Performance Test:
(1). Type I. Place 40 sheets of 75 g/m2 (20 lbm, 17” x 22”-500 sheets) paper into the mouth of the dispenser. Load 10 clips into dispenser and clamp the paper until the dispenser is empty. Reload the dispenser and repeat the procedure.
(2). Type II. Place 20 sheets for Size 1, 40 sheets for size 2, and 60 sheets for Size 3, of 75 g/m2 (20 lbm, 17” X 22”-500 sheets) paper into the mouth of the dispenser. Load 8 clips into dispenser and clamp the paper until the dispenser is empty. Reload the dispenser and repeat the procedure.
4. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials in accordance with Paragraph 23.403 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
5. PACKAGING, PACKING AND MARKING: Shall be as specified in the contract or purchase order.
6. REFERENCED DOCUMENTS: The issue of the referenced documents in effect on the date of the solicitation for offers or request for proposals shall be used to determine conformance with the requirements of this Commercial Item Description.
