9. NOTES.
9.1 Ordering information. Purchasers shall select the required options permitted herein, and include the following information in procurement documents:
a. Title, number, and date of this commercial item
description.
b. Purchasers shall indicate type, color of ink, and size of container.
c. Purchasers shall specify arrangement for inspection and inspection
facilities, if other than specified.
d. Purchasers shall specify packaging, packing, and any special marking for
shipment, if other than required (See section 7).
e. Identification marking, if other than required.
f. If bar code marking is required.
g. MSD’s required, in addition to those required by Fed-Std-313.
h. Purchasers shall specify palletization, if required.
i. Purchasers shall indicate any tests not required.
