COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION
BINDER, LOOSE-LEAF, FLEXIBLE PRONG
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial
item description.
1. Scope. This Commercial Item Description covers loose-leaf binders,
with flexible prongs, for use in containing paper.
2. Salient Characteristics.
2.1 Materials. The binder shall be fabricated from colored tag board
stock that shall meet the requirements specified in Table I below.
