4. Quality Assurance Requirements:
4.1 Product Conformance. The product shall meet the salient characteristics of this commercial item description, conform to the producer’s own drawings, specifications, standards and quality assurance practices and be the same product offered for sale in the commercial market. The government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance.
4.2 Testing. Testing shall be in accordance with ASTM D 3715 Section 6 with an AQL of 4 percent defective. The sample unit shall be one roll of tape.
5. Packaging: Preservation, packing and marking shall be specified in the contract order.
6. Notes:
6.1 Source of Documents. The following documents form a part of the Commercial Item Description to the extent specified herein. Unless otherwise indicated, the issue in effect on the date of invitation for bids or request for proposal shall apply:
