COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION
CLIP SYSTEM, PAPER
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this Commercial Item Description.
1. SCOPE: This commercial item description covers the Clip System (Dispensers) for clipping paper, which includes the desk top and the hand held dispensers. The dispensers shall be of the following Types and Sizes, as specified.
Type I- Desk top, push down handle operated dispenser.
(Use size 2 clips).
Type II- Hand held, push and slide button operated dispenser.
Size 1 - small; 20 sheet clipping capacity (use size 1 clips)
Size 2 - Medium; 40 sheet clipping capacity (use size 2 clips)
Size 3 - Large; 60 sheet clipping capacity (use size 3 clips)
