The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this Commercial Item Description, for all Federal agencies.
1. SCOPE:
A. This commercial item description covers a double-sided, four-edged, stainless steel, 16 inch, business form rulers. These rulers are commonly used in the layout of forms, particularly data processing forms .
2. Salient characteristics.
A. The material shall be series 300 stainless steel alloy, suitable for the purpose intended.
B. The ruler shall be of the following dimensions:
